Bayshore Townhouses is an upscale community of 68 town homes located on the eastern side of the Pinellas County peninsula.   Bayshore Townhouses are just north of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard (Hwy 60) and just south of the town of Safety Harbor.   Convenience? Check this out:

• North: Safety Harbor is three miles north.   Bayshore Boulevard runs from the front of our community past the Safety Harbor marina.
• East: Tampa is just 12 miles away, on the other end of the Courtney Campbell Causeway.   Tampa International Airport is 15-minute drive. (The beach on the Courtney Campbell Causeway is a half mile from our entrance.)
• South: The Bayside Bridge connects the Courtney Campbell Causeway to Largo and St. Petersburg.   The St. Pete International Airport is also a 15-minute drive, and downtown St. Petersburg is only 17 miles away.
• West: Beautiful Clearwater Beach with to-die-for sunsets is just six miles down the road.  Drew Street and Gulf-to-Bay run parallel from Bayshore Boulevard to downtown Clearwater, with eleven traffic lights.

     One of the really neat things about living in a Bayshore Townhome is that we do not have upstairs or downstairs neighbors!  Everything from inside the roof to the top of the garage floor belongs to the same unit.  When we lived in a condominium, the kids upstairs kept us up late, and our downstairs neighbors complained that we woke up too early.  That doesn't happen here!
